- For any PVR cancellation requests due to airport closure/flight cancellations, with or without Travel Protection Plus (TPP), a full refund will be issued for clients departing 2/22-2/24/26. Complete the Post Travel Form to initiate refund.
- New! Any ENVF to PVR can be cancelled and moved to another ENVF destination for travel by March 31. If TPP was purchased on original PVR booking, it can be moved (if no supplier penalties) to new booking. TPP cannot be purchased for new booking if not already on original booking.
- Steps: Create new booking, cancel original booking, use Chat to have our team move funds for you.
- Always complete the Supplier Contact Info section so your clients are updated within 72 hours of their flight status. Must be added at time of booking.

- Use this tip for making a new booking after you have canceled your existing reservation:
- If payment due by EOD and new package price is higher, apply deposit of the difference to hold the booking until travel credit is issued.
- If payment due by EOD and new package price is less, apply $1 to hold the booking until the travel credit is issued.
- Whether you have TPP or do not, utilize the Eligible Air Exchange/Waive Penalty Form to rebook within 7 days of cancellation to avoid air and brand penalties (non-TPP) or to move TPP to the new booking.
