We are receiving error reports on availability returns for multi-room itineraries. If you are searching for multiple rooms for any destination and are unable to get availability to return, we recommend booking the rooms on separate reservations.
These rooms/bookings can be linked with the hotel by using the Special Service Request at time of booking, citing the names associated with the reservations. We recommend this step regardless of the current error as it will result in a simpler process if potential modifications (adding/dropping passengers) occur.
