Registration Questions

How do I sign up for WAVEMAKER®?

All members of our WAVES®â€¯Rewards Program are automatically eligible to participate in WAVEMAKER. Please note that only the top 1,000 advisors will qualify each year. Agents must be ALGV Pro certificated in order to Qualify for Wavemaker status in 2025.

What if I’m not registered for WAVES®?

To request a welcome email, visit wavesagents.com and click “Reset Password” on the bottom left of the home page. A new email with your temporary credentials will be sent from cs.waves@summitmg.com to the email address you use for VAX VacationAccess. You will have 60 days to click the link in the email and complete your registration.

 

If you do not see your welcome email, please check your spam folder before requesting a new reset.

What if everyone in my agency uses the same VAX VacationAccess login or pools our points?

Unfortunately, your account does not qualify since WAVEMAKER is only open to individual advisors. Each agent would need their own login and separate points to participate.

Can I be a member of both Elite Accounts and WAVEMAKER?

While Elite owners and managers do not qualify for WAVEMAKER, booking advisors from these agencies can—and should!—participate.

 

 

Managing Your Account

Will all of my 2024 bookings count towards WAVEMAKER®?

Yes! As long as you are a registered, active member of WAVES® (having at least one traveled booking every 12 months), each of your bookings made this year will count toward the next year’s WAVEMAKER qualification.

How can I see how many points I’ve earned?

You can view all of your points earned to date in your WAVES dashboard by signing into wavesagents.com.

Where can I view my WAVEMAKER ranking? 

After signing into your WAVES dashboard, click the WAVEMAKER icon on the left-hand side to view the leaderboard, which lists the current top 50 advisors.

How do I keep my WAVES account active?

To keep your account active, all you need to do is register within 60 days of making your first VAX booking with a deposit and make at least one traveled booking every 12 months.

Advisors must be registered to book ALG Vacations® in VAX VacationAccess at time of booking and complete WAVES® registration within 60 days of receiving welcome email to continue earning points and qualify for WAVEMAKER®. Advisors must be employed by agency at time of points redemption to qualify. Advisors must be ALGVPro certified to earn WAVEMAKER® status. WAVES points are automatically tracked based on VAX agency number and username. Offers are subject to change without notice. Offers are not retroactive and additional restrictions may apply.
