My client no longer feels comfortable traveling to Puerto Vallarta. What are their options?

If a cancelled reservation with TPP is rebooked within 7 days, scheduled air-inclusive bookings qualify for an air exchange. Air and brand penalties will be waived if you complete an air exchange with the Eligible Air Exchange/Waive penalty form.  Additionally, the TPP benefits are considered unused and can be moved to the new reservation without a reactivation fee.

If they did not have TPP, they can cancel or change and normal penalties apply.

To self-service changing or canceling their reservation in VAX, click-to-contact to get started.

My client’s flight was cancelled/airport was closed, but they did not purchase TPP. What happens?

If the flight is not operating on their departure date, passenger is eligible for a full air refund in original form of payment with or without TPP. The hotel portion of the booking will follow normal cancellation policies unless they've issued additional waivers. Click here for hotel policy updates.

Flights have resumed PVR but my client still wants to cancel.

If they were booked to travel to Puerto Vallarta from February 22nd - 24th, passenger is eligible for a full refund in original form of payment with or without TPP.

If they were booked to travel to Puerto Vallarta on February 25th or after, client is subject to normal cancel policies.
