Initial Deposit: $50 per seat at time of contract

2^nd Deposit: an additional $100 per seat due at 125 days prior to first departure date

Final Payment & Names: due at 65-days prior to first departure date

 

Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights holding 1 – 50 seats inside the group

• 125+ days prior to departure = No penalty for seat reductions.
• 124-90 days prior to departure = $150 per seat reduction penalty.
• 89-60 days prior to departure = $300 per seat reduction penalty.
• 59-0 days prior to departure = All seats are 100% non-refundable.

 

Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights holding 51 seats or more inside the group

• 150+ days prior to departure = No penalty for seat reductions.
• 149-125 days prior to departure = $50 per seat reduction penalty (loss of initial deposit).
• 124-90 days prior to departure = $150 per seat reduction penalty.
• 89-60 days prior to departure = $300 per seat reduction penalty.
• 59-0 days prior to departure = All seats are 100% non-refundable.

 

Please note that baggage fees may apply in certain markets. Upgraded flight‑seating options—including Preferred Perks First Class, Preferred Perks Plus, and Premium Class—may be available for an additional cost and can be added at the time of passenger booking. Name changes for Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights are permitted. All name change requests must be submitted in writing to the Group Service Desk seven (7) or more days prior to departure. Name changes requested within seven days of departure are subject to the policies of our airline partners. Name changes submitted after travel documents (E‑documents) have been issued will incur a $50 per‑person name‑change fee. No seats are being held at this time.
