If you've requested PL codes for multiple ALGV brands, we will work to ensure all of your PL codes are properly linked within our system. From there, we aim to aggregate all of your bookings within our family of brands.

PL stands for "Private Label" and the code is a unique tag created to identify and associate bookings with your agency. It attaches bookings made with your PL code to your VAX user name to ensure that they count toward all of the ALG Vacations® reward programs available while offering your customers an easy online booking experience with nothing additional to do on their part.
If you're unsure, you can complete a request form and we will send your code to you and/or initiate the process to create a PL Code. To request a PL code, click on the brand below that you need the PL code for and complete the form for each brand.
Additionally, if we have a PL code on file for you, it will automatically populate after you save the "Tailor the Terms" section of your portal. If the "PL Code" field remains blank, you do not have a PL code and will need to request a code.
No, you will need to request a separate code for each ALG Vacations® brand. But, once you have a PL code for a brand, you can use that brand PL code for any group or Custom Event Page specific to that brand. However, we will work within our system to ensure all of your different brand PL codes are aggregating together to count toward your earnings for participating in our reward programs.
Yes, if you already have an affiliate site with the same brand as your Custom Event Page, the same code can be used for both.
Yes! An advisor can request their own PL code based on your ARC and VAX user name. However, some agencies prefer the PL Code set at the agency level so that everyone within the ARC can access any of the groups associated with it. So, before requesting your individual PL code, please be sure to check with your agency owner as to their PL code policy.
