Due to an unexpected closing of the Puerto Vallarta (PVR) airport, flights planned to fly in and out of the destination are cancelled. At this time, there is no information on when the airport will reopen.

 

Please note that the call center/ During Travel are experiencing extreme delays due to this situation coupled with severe weather on the East Coast.

For scheduled air flights, please check with your airline to see their latest policies on flights to Puerto Vallarta.

   

 

Pre-Travel Support

Refer to these steps prior to your client's scheduled departure and follow the scenario that best applies.

 

Please note that even if their flight was canceled by the airline, you still need to take action on the reservation; see scenarios #1 and #2 below.

  • Travel Protection Plus

    How Travel Protection Plus (TPP) Impacts Their Travel

    Clients scheduled to travel in coming days:

    • With TPP, they may change or cancel with a full travel credit or cash refund less the TPP premium. 
    • Without TPP, penalties may apply.

     

    The airline and hotel policy may change as the event unfolds.
