United Airlines® will perform a technology upgrade on February 4 from 1:30 AM – 5:00 AM CT, during which time all United® systems will be temporarily unavailable. This includes United.com, the mobile app, reservations access, check in, ticketing, purchases, and MileagePlus® access. A brief notification message will display when attempting to access any affected system.
United has adjusted flight schedules in advance to reduce customer impact. No United or United Express flights will depart during the outage, though flights already in the air will land as scheduled.
