The Best for the West giveaways are sponsored by ALG Vacations^®. Must be at least 18 and a legal resident of the U.S. to win. Contest begins on 3/4/25 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on 5/31/25 at 11:59 PM ET. To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. ALG Vacation employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the Best for the West Giveaways.

 

Agreement to Rules: By entering this Contest, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest the You represents and warrants that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of ALGV's Best for the West Giveaways.

 

How to Enter: A minimum of five (5) qualifying new air and hotel bookings with Apple Vacations, Funjet Vacations. Travel Impressions, Blue Sky Tours, and United Vacations brand made during the contest timeframe earns one entry to win. Top 20 agents with highest revenue growth will receive a guaranteed spot at the 2025 Ascend Conference plus free registration. Entrants must have completed the ALGVPro certification to qualify for giveaway eligibility. For each entry to be valid, the booking must have a deposit made. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of false bookings or uses any device or artifice to enter false bookings, as determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified.

 

Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Trip with United Vacations and Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection and the Ascend Conference Ticket (the “Winner”) will receive a prize letter detailing the prize, estimated value and instructions on how to redeem. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in this prize package. All other expenses not specifically mentioned are solely the winner’s responsibility. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Hotel rooms subject to availability. Winner and travel guest(s) must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guest(s) must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents required for travel. Winner understands there are inherent risks involved in travel and these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither the Sponsor nor any prize suppliers are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantees relative to the prize. Additional terms and conditions may apply to airline, hotel or transportation. ALG Vacations^® and suppliers shall not be responsible or liable in any way for cancellations, losses or damages. Winner must provide ALG Vacations^® with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded. A form 1099 will be issued to prize winners. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

 

The prizes include:

7-Night Secrets^® Puerto Los Cabos, two air tickets in coach with United Airlines, and two United Club day passes : One (1) prize will be awarded, which consists of a seven (7)-night hotel stay at Secrets^® Puerto Los Cabos, roundtrip airfare provided by United Airlines in coach class for two (2), and two (2) United Club day passes. Valid for travel one year from the date of prize announcement. All other expenses not specifically mentioned are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in this prize package. The total estimated value is $6900.

 

One Ticket to the 2025 Ascend Conference: One (1) prize will be awarded, which consists of one (1) ticket to the 2025 Ascend Conference set to take place on October 5, 2025 to October 18, 2025 in Cancun, Mexico. All other expenses not specifically mentioned are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner will be required to complete the ALGVPro course to attend the conference. The total estimated value is $250.
