Contact Your Site Manager First
Each agency using VAX has a designated Site Manager who manages advisor credentials and system access.
Your Site Manager can help with:
- Login credentials
- Password resets
- Locked accounts
Most login issues are resolved by your Site Manager—not ALGV or VAX Tech Support.

Support for Site Managers
If you are a Site Manager and need assistance with account access or managing Site Managers, contact VAX Tech Support at 414-934-2900.
When contacting VAX Tech Support, be prepared to provide two of the following pieces of information:
- Registered VAX user ID
- Registered email address
- Registered phone number
Find Your Site Manager Fast
Use the steps outlined to locate your agency’s Site Manager.
If you cannot access your account, VAX Tech Support can help identify your Site Manager so you can contact them directly.

Step 1: Log Into Your VAX Account
Log into your VAX VacationAccess account.

Step 2: Go to Account Settings
Navigate to the footer located at the bottom of the page and select "Account Settings".

Step 3: Go to Advisor Profile
In the Agency section of your profile, locate your Site Manager listed under the Site Manager(s) field.
Common Login Issues and How to Avoid Them
Follow the tips below to help prevent issues and maintain uninterrupted access to VAX.

Log In Every 90 Days to Stay Active
Your VAX VacationAccess® account will be locked if you don’t log in within 90 days.
Sign in regularly—even when not booking—to keep access.

Use Temporary Passwords Within 6 Hours
If your Site Manager issues a temporary password, it will expire after 6 hours.
Log in as soon as possible and create a new password to maintain uninterrupted access.

Follow VAX Password Requirements
When creating a new password, be sure to meet these requirements:
- Minimum of 12 characters
- Include at least one letter and one number
- Do not reuse one of your last 4 previous passwords
- Passwords are case sensitive; special characters are allowed but not required.
You’ll be prompted to update your password if it doesn’t meet these requirements.

Stay Within 6 Login Attempts
Six unsuccessful login attempts will lock your account.
If you’re locked out, contact your Site Manager—only they can restore access.

Try an Incognito or Private Browser Window
If you have trouble resetting your password, open the reset link in an incognito or private browser window to prevent cached data from interfering.
