Some advisors are experiencing sporadic issues adding features - such as transfers or Travel Protection Plus - across ALG Vacations sites and booking engines. While we continue to work toward a solution, we recommend the following temporary workarounds:
- Option 1: Once you've identified your client's preferred air, hotel, and destination, start a new Advanced Search using the specific hotel name and travel details. This narrows the results and can help the missing features display properly.
- Option 2: Proceed with completing the booking. After the reservation is confirmed, review the details. If any features you attempted to add are missing, modify the booking to include them. Be sure to re-add the hotel to ensure all applicable features display properly.
- For existing bookings, we recommend reviewing the itinerary to confirm that all desired features are present. If something is missing, follow the same steps outlined in Option 2.
