We have received numerous reports of the following VAX error:
"An error has occurred. Please try to continue or refresh your page. If the error persists, please visit our Troubleshooting page within the Help Center or contact VAX Tech Support at vaxtechsupport@vaxvacationaccess.com with steps to duplicate, including a screenshot if possible."
Please know we are continuing to troubleshoot this issue, and it appears to be due to multiple web browser updates. In the meantime, please make sure you install your web browser's latest update, clear cookies, cache and do a fresh log in!
Tip: Try logging into VAX VacationAccess first, then navigating to your favorite brand website.
Please note: If you are accessing the login page through a bookmark, it is still advised to make the necessary web updates and to clear your cache. If the issue still persists, try removing your current bookmark and make a new one.
Make sure your internet browser is up to date.
- For Chrome go to your site settings, About Chrome and it will update to the latest version
- For Edge go to your site settings, About Microsoft Edge and it will update to the latest version
Make a habit of clearing out your cache
- For Chrome go to site settings, Private and security and expand the Delete browsing data. You will be able to use the drop down for a time range. Check the box next to cached images and files and then Clear data.
- For Edge go to site settings, Privacy, search and services and under clear browsing data, choose what to clear. Select cached images and files and clear now.
