The $16K Travel Advisor Cash Giveaway (“Contest”) for select Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection resorts are sponsored by ALG Vacations^® (“Sponsor”) Must be at least 18 and a legal resident of the U.S. to win. Contest begins on 10/15/26 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on 11/12/26 at 11:59 PM ET. To be eligible for the Contest, new bookings must be made within the specified Entry Period. This Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. ALG Vacation’s employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the $16K Travel Advisor Cash Giveaway for select Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection resorts.  

 

Agreement to Rules: By entering this Contest, the Entrant (“You”) agree to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of ALG Vacations $16K Cash Giveaway for select Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection resorts.  

 

How to Win: The top sixteen travel advisors as further detailed below, across all ALG Vacations^® brands during the promotional period will each be rewarded with a $1,000 cash prize, with one winner selected per participating property. Winners will be determined by a combination of the highest number of room nights booked during the contest booking period (50%) and year-over-year growth in new bookings (50%) at select Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection resorts detailed below. Only bookings for the corresponding property will count toward qualification. ALG Vacations reserves the right to verify all qualifying bookings and travel advisor eligibility prior to awarding prizes. Canceled, refunded, or non-deposited bookings will not count toward qualification.  Valid for new bookings only.  Bookings that are cancelled and re-booked to qualify for this Contest will not be counted.  In the event of a tie, total qualifying room nights booked at the corresponding property will determine winners. Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to applicable taxes, reporting, and documentation. ALG Vacations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Contest Rules. 

 

How to Enter Giveaway Contest: Each new FIT and GroupEase land-only hotel booking or air-inclusive booking with any ALG Vacations brand at a participating Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection property made during the contest timeframe of 10/15/26 – 11/12/26 for travel in 2026 will count toward qualification for the corresponding property's $1,000 cash prize. Winners will be determined separately for each participating property based on qualifying room nights booked and year-over-year booking growth. Entrants must have completed the ALGVPro certification and be “Active” ALGVPro Status to qualify for giveaway eligibility. For each booking to be valid, the booking must have a deposit made. Incomplete bookings or those that do not adhere to the Official Contest Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of false bookings or uses any device or artifice to enter false bookings, as determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified.

 Prizes: The Winners of the $16K Travel Advisor Cash Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive a prize letter detailing the prize, estimated value and instructions on how to redeem. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. Sixteen $1,000 cash prizes will be awarded, with one prize per participating property, for a total prize value of $16,000. There shall be no prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither the Sponsor nor any prize suppliers are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantees relative to the prize. Winner must provide ALG Vacations with a W9, a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded. A form 1099 will be issued to prize winners. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. 

 
Winner(s) will be notified by telephone or email on approximately November 20, 2026. Inability to contact winner by telephone or email within seventy-two (72) hours of selection will result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting the prize, winner grants ALG Vacations^® a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media.  

 

Limitation of Liability: Your entry constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.  

 

Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING WISCONSIN WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. You agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between You and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). You waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
