How do I know that ALG Vacations^® is financially sound and a safe place to book my customers?

ALG Vacations^® is a unique player in the industry. Owned by Hyatt and publicly traded, you’re able to see recent financial results on the Hyatt site at https://investors.hyatt.com/overview/default.aspx.

I have existing group bookings that I would like to move to an ALG Vacations^® brand. How do I do that?

You can send your existing GOGO group contract to GroupsCare@applelg.net . Our goal is to match pricing, policies, and your commission. We will investigate your booking and advise if we can take it over.

I have an existing FIT booking I would like to move to an ALG Vacations^® brand. How do I do that?

We are happy to assist you with your land-only FIT bookings. Simply email ResCares@algvacations.com. Our special team will attempt to honor the original rates and commission for the bookings you would like us to take over. Please email us a copy of the GOGO reservation that shows the price and your commission.

How will I know what my commission and override opportunities are with ALG Vacations^®?

Our award-winning sales team prides themselves on collaborative partnership through strategy development; your BDM will be delighted to discuss commission, override opportunities, and growth goals with you and your agency. You can find your BDM at www.ALGVacations.com/BDMFinder.

How do I know who my ALG Vacations^® BDM is?

Find them on www.ALGVacations.com/BDMFinder. If you’re an independent agency, you’ll want to search by state. However, if you are part of a host or consortia, please search within the host BDM section and find the BDM assigned to your collective for best and specialized service.
